On-Line Exam Form Fill-up

The date lines for filling-up of forms for appearing 1st and 3rd Semester (End) Examinations, 2020 of all U.G. Courses and 1st Semester (End) Examinations -2020 of all P.G. and M.Phil Courses as per the Notification No. 530/UUC Dt. 08-10-2021.

  1. The students of all batches as notified in the above mentioned notification,  are to appear the Examination(s)-2020 for all U.G., P.G. and M.Phil Courses required to fill the examination form on ON-LINE mode Only.
  2. Students are required fill the form by logging in using their USER ID and PASSWORD. The User ID of a student is his/her Exam. Roll Number and the password is his/her date of birth (Know your Roll No. and DOB of 2020 admission year). Example – UID – 12MSW16001 and the password will be the date of birth of the student. (Format–DD/MM/YYYY).
  3. For the students of P.G.Deptts and all affiliated Colleges of Utkal University of Culture.After login, students have to fill the form with all required fields and to select their subjects of the examination and upload the following documents if required.
    i)          Scanned copy of Photograph
    ii)         Scanned copy of Signature
    Examination fees have to be paid by the student through the SBI Collect (uuc.ac.in – Pay University Dues – Fee for Existing Students – Examination Fee).After completing the process of payment, students have to submit the fee deposited challan number in examination form screen and to submit the same. Then take the printout of the application form and submit the same in their respective Principals of colleges/institutions/ Head, P.G.Teaching Deptts.
  4. Colleges/institutions/departments have to login using their User ID and Password provided, verify the forms in all respect along with payment challans and make them validate.An application once validate means it has been verified in all respects by the colleges/Departments. Any omission and commission detected later-on shall be the sole responsibility of the Principals of the respective colleges/Chairman, P.G.Council.

STUDENTS ARE ADVISED TO GET CLEARANCES FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE COLLEGES/INSTITUTIONS BEFORE FILLING-UP THEIR FORMS.

EXAMINATION FEES ONCE PAID CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR ADJUSTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
